You should understand that by placing an order, you accept & agree the following terms and conditions:

  1. Your contract for purchases made through the site is with SuplexGames.com and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.
  2. You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.
  3. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price. SuplexGames.com retains the right to cancel the orders in question. Our decision in these circumstances is final.
  4. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
  5. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and SuplexGames.com unless and until SuplexGames.com sends you and email confirming that the products you have ordered are being dispatched to you. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time SuplexGames.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by SuplexGames.com of your offer to buy goods from SuplexGames.com.
  6. This confirmatory e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.
  7. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
  8. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail which is sent in accordance with PayPal are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of the PayPal Receipt.
  9. SuplexGames.com will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.
  10. You undertake that all details you provide to SuplexGames.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
  11. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform SuplexGames.com as soon as possible.
  12. Your statutory rights are not affected (in particular see below as to your rights to withdraw from the contract) but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  13. You may cancel your pre order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us on our e-mail or telephone and including your order number. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 14 days from the day after you receive the product by:
  14. Sending the notice of cancellation by a email to sales@suplexgames.com or by telephone 0333 050 3635 ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; please keep safe your email as proof of notification; and/or
  15. Where you have already received the goods, return the goods to SuplexGames.com unopened together with your name and order number within 14 days from the date that you received the goods. SuplexGames.com will then refund you the purchase price of the goods, Return address can be found on Contact us page.
  16. Once SuplexGames.com receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to SuplexGames.com from your Payment card, in relation to your order, will be re-credited to that same card account as soon as possible within 28 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received by SuplexGames.com in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.
  17. Minimum card and PayPal payment is £2.50 per transaction. It is not possible to process payment below this amount.
  18. All our orders are shipped from the UK. Orders placed for shipment to countries outside UK will be charged without Tax and they may be subject to taxes, customs duties and other fees charged by the country of destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and fees can vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information on any fees you may be liable to pay.
  19. It is the responsibility of the named recipient to pay any applicable import fees if requested. Please note that failure to pay these fees will result in the item being returned to us of which you will only be refunded 50% of the cost of the goods upon receipt of the return.
  20. All orders are dispatched to verified PayPal addresses only, credit card orders are sent to the address of the cardholder only.
  21. We reserve the right to temporarily hold, reject or refund payment, you may receive an email which declares the reason.
     
  22. Refund on orders may take up to 3 working days after receipt of return. Return window extensions are in effect of orders placed between 1st December to 31st December the same year. Extension is 28 days instead of the usual 14 days. Please understand refunds are longer to process due to the busy period. We aim to initiate refunds in the month of January due to busy events, holidays, weather conditions & staffing.
